Foraging, for us, is a chance to enjoy nature and expland our knowledge as we harvest what the Earth provides to share with our customers, offering new tastes beyond the grocery store regulars. Berries, culinary and medicinal mushrooms and greens - discovered, harvested ethically and provided to you... 

We are assembling an array of fresh and dried nature grown products for our customers to enjoy. Packaged boutique style, enjoy them for yourself or use as that perfect hostess gift. We will add items as we find them and we'll do our best to stock up!

Reishi (Mushroom of Immortality/Ling Shi) :

A stunning mushroom to admire! This large shelf variety is held as one of the most broad spectrum medicinal mushrooms available. Used often in Asian medicine. Used in soup stocks, a little more work for its use as a tea or tincture.

Yep - It's ugly! The medicinal properties and health benefits from this mushroom are astounding. FMI. Our favorite way to enjoy it? Add some lemon verbena to the chaga as it simmers, cool down and pour over ice - delicious iced tea. The littlest farm kid likes hers hot with maple syrup from the Greenmarket in Union Square. 

Chicken Mushroom - Sulfur Shelf

As its name suggests, this mushroom is often used in place of chicken. When picked early, sautee and eat! As this mushroom gets older, it can get fibrous in texture, braise with liquid for an amazing culinary twist!

Wild Berries - Red, White & Black Currants, Black & Red Raspberries, Blackberries, and Gooseberries so far...
